The Guyanese Heritage Museum was established in November 1999 and is located on the west coast of the Demerara River. It is privately owned by Gary Serrao, who paints a vivid picture of the lives of Guyanese ancestors and their unforgettable culture. Among the collections they have assembled for the museum over the years are a wide variety of coins and notes, stamps from 1800s and books with Guyana’s culture, politics, economy and heritage from some of Guyanese authors who were world recognized.

You will be picked up and traverse through Georgetown unto the East Bank of Demerara then unto the Demerara Habour Bridge which is the third longest floating bridge in the world unto the west cost of Demerara.
